Job Description
Prism Visual Software is looking for a high-energy individual who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual business needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Account Executives will also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multitasker with strong computer and communication skills.
Successful Account Executives will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Regularly follow up on leads, contact new prospects and customers to identify customer needs and establish requirements for potential sale of the Prism Visual Software solution.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Plan, schedule and conduct customer-related meetings and demonstrations.
- Create opportunities and maintain accurate forecast in HubSpot CRM.
- Manage prospects through entire sales cycle from lead to closed-won deal.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Develop and maintain a sales territory plan to meet and exceed budgeted objectives.
- Creation of customer proposals.
- Maintain a database of contact information.
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Quickly establish mutually beneficial relationships by demonstrating industry and solution knowledge.
- Create new sales opportunities through networking and client referrals.
Account Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Customer and sales cycle management skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed individual sales goals consistently.
- Maintain strategic territory and account plans for assigned territory.
- Versed in consultative sale methodology or equivalent.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and CRM software.
