(.TMP file is too large) error when running AccountMate Report

ERROR:  c:\computer\user\appdata\local\example.tmp is too large

To correct this error so that the AccountMate report runs, the client will need to go back and close their previous fiscal periods / years in AccountMate. After closing out these periods, the report should preview and run as the size of the report will not be as large as before. If the report does not run right away, it may take some time for the data to be updated.
