How to contact Accountmate for issues in the system

1. Before contacting Accountmate support - you can click F1 to see AccountMate help forms that might give you insight.

This is true for any page you are clicked on in AccountMate, type F1 anytime to see respective helpful tools/tips.

2. You can call AccountMate directly and you are entitled to utilize their technical support expertise to help resolve your issues

Press HELP and ABOUT to view the information form

Then, call AccountMate at 707-774-7500 - and please indicate the following, or email Support@AccountMate.com:

1. AccountMate Version (in the screenshot it's 11.1)

2. Support #  of your license (also shown as in screenshot)
