Cannot log in to ServQuest/Dispatch-License error

Error showing "You have exceeded the number of licenses or concurrent logins"

PROBLEM:

Trying to log in to ServQuest or Dispatch and getting this error message:

This error message occurs when all of the purchased licenses are being used. It usually happens when multiple sessions of ServQuest or Dispatch are open on one computer, preventing other users from logging in.

SOLUTION:

1.On left bottom screen inside the app (of one of the users that CAN log in), press the icon below

The window will show all Current Conections and their Running copies.

The user shown in the screenshot above has 4 active connections, which is preventing others from logging in. Since the company has a total of 6 licenses and all of them are currently in use, it is necessary for the user with multiple connections to close all their active sessions in order to resolve this issue.

Please ask the user who has multiple connections to close all the active sessions.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to force quit from ServQuest/ Remotely.
