How to OPT out campaigns for specific customer?

Find the relevant customer in Customers Grid. You can manage customer campaign preferences through Customer Maintenance>Email tab in ServQuest.

For instance, the customer is not interested in receiving for example statements, UNCHECK the checkbox in Customer Maintenance- Email tab for this AESTAT campaign.

If the customer is interested in receiving an email to OTHER email addresses that are not mentioned in any of email address fields, you can add the email address to "other emails" option.

Email/Text Settings:

There are additional settings in the Email Tab that will determine if the customer is interested in receiving both email and text, only emails, only texts, or NONE.

If the customer is not interested in receiving any of the emails or text, press NONE in Email/Text Settings and the checkboxes will be unchecked and all campaigns will become inactive for this customer.
