CardPointe's Recent Software Update on November 9th Affects Credit Card Tokenization in ServQuest: Interim Solution Provided Pending Official Patch Release
Prism will have needed to install the patch on your server first. If support has confirmed this, and you're experiencing the same error, email support@prismvs.com.- Close and reopen ServQuest!!!
- The ServQuest Application needs to be restarted in order to receive this fix!!!
- Open up the Profile Maintenance form
- Enter card type, then press the token search
- Enter in the Customer's card number
- Copy the token
- Paste in the token, then proceed adding card info
