How to have open tickets roll over for a Driver every day

 

  • Login to Dispatch as Supervisor otherwise you will receive the below; supervisor is the only login with permission
  • Select the View
  • Refresh
  • Click tools


  • Select Options
  • Select Auto Forward settings
  • Highlight the driver
  • Click on > to move the driver to the selected drivers
  • You can also sort by the Driv# or Driver Name
  • Exit Dispatch
