How to have open tickets roll over for a Driver every day
- Login to Dispatch as Supervisor otherwise you will receive the below; supervisor is the only login with permission
- Select the View
- Refresh
- Click tools
- Select Options
- Select Auto Forward settings
- Highlight the driver
- Click on > to move the driver to the selected drivers
- You can also sort by the Driv# or Driver Name
- Exit Dispatch
