How to change Ticket Status Color in Dispatch views
Ticket Status Color Maintenance
When the Dispatch Board is used, the color indicating the ticket status can be changed from the
default colors to user-defined colors.
The Ticket Status colors are displayed in the narrow band on the left side of the ticket entry, and the system defaults are green for open tickets, and black for completed tickets.
To set up ticket status colors, in ServQuest select Set Up Routes/Drivers from the Maintenance menu, and then select Ticket Status Color Maintenance, to display the Status Maintenance screen, as shown below.
Click on the magnifying glass to the right of the Status Code field, to display the Route Status
Leading Search screen, shown below, chose the desired status
Color Value:
Click on the magnifying glass to the right of the Color Value field, and select the color associated
with the Status Code and press OK.
Press Save to save the changes.
Go back to Dispatch board, refresh the view and the new color will take place from today on.
