      Dispatch- Spread 'em function

      How to spread the tickets in dispatch to make it more readable?

      Spread 'Em function is a Visual Representation of the tickets created from ServQuest

      As tickets are generated from the calls, they might all default to the same time slot- causing the tickets to “bunch” and cluster up together


      1. To spread out the cluster, see the image with the yellow highlight

      2. Check 'All' to spread all drivers' tickets. Only one driver to spread? do not check this checkbox

      Dropdown – USE ONLY THE FIRST SELECTION!  Time by stop sequence

      3. Click 'Apply'

      4.  Say yes when it asks to continue

      5. You are done! The tickets now are spread and readable.
