Generate Token Button Not Working

This article explains what to check if the Generate Token button isn't working.

Issue: Get token button isn't working

Resolution:

Step1: Test first the generate token link using this test credit card number 4444333322221111

If it works proceed to Step2. In this example it works.

Step2: Test the credit card number if invalid or not using this link  CardConnect Example Page of the Hosted AJAX Tokenizer

It shows in this example that the credit card number is "Invalid"

Inform the customer that this account number is invalid and provide a new and valid one.
