How to Troubleshoot Minimate crashing when clicking a Ticket on the Stops screen
If the handheld is crashing on Step 2, please refer to this article
1. Identify the ticket# that is crashing - on the device, click on each ticket 1 by 1 to see if it is more than 1 ticket# that is causing Minimate to close
2. Access ServQuest on your desktop, search for the ticket# in the Tickets Grid
If you cannot find the ticket, be sure to review current filters or expand the date range
3. Double Click the ticket to open the amend form and save. Repeat for the schedule, address, and customer records associated with that ticket by clicking on the respective Blue Links on the form

4. If you find/correct a data issue using the method above, you can run a prepare for that Minimate driver/tech# OR generate a new ticket and assign to the driver/tech, then perform a GET Sync on the Minimate device
