SERVQUEST-ITEM CLASS SEARCH BE FILLED OUT

Lord Truck/Inventory Transfer Warning Message(Item Class should be filled out!)

Client experiencing difficulties completing a load truck/ Inventory transfer in Servquest because the Item Class search isn't allowing you to enter "parts". This guide will walk you through the steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Troubleshooting Steps

Step 1: Verify Driver Setup

1. Check Driver Settings: Ensure that the driver setup is correctly configured for drivers. 

2. Compare Settings: Compare the driver setup of a working driver (e.g., RTE070) with the non-working ones (RTE502-RTE500) to identify any discrepancies.

Solution Step

1. Check Load truck by Class - Maintenance > Set up Routers / Drivers > Driver/Tech /Pre Order Sales Maintenance. Equip Class, Part Class, etc. All data highlighted in the Red box requires a value to be displayed in the Item Class category.

2. Informed the Client to check the driver setting under MiniMate setting.
