Minimate Error(Sync Request)

Error Message when clicking the Stop: Please perform ' Full Sync'. You cannot enter 'Stops' until you perform a 'full Sync' and the date on your handheld is correct

Solution:

Step 1: Check the dispatch and if you find that the driver tickets have a status of 'NOT PREPARED'.
Step 2:  To manually prepare on SQ, please follow these steps:
1. Access the SQ Transactions > Step 4 > Prepare Delivery/ Route Sales Tickets for Minimate .


2. Daily Prepare for MiniMate Drivers. Change the Prepare Dates for the right range date.


Step 3: Instruct them to perform another full sync and then click on the 'Stop' button.

Step 4: Another possible reason for the issue could be the absence of prepared tickets for the designated drivers on that particular day.
