Minimate - Sync Error(SQL Server Error)
Error Message in Minimate Device: SQL Server Error: Server in recovery mode. Last transaction was rollback for Ticket no. (ex. 1111122) SQL Sever Error: Server in recovery mode. If this problem happens again, Please call to customer support.

Troubleshooting Steps for Minimate Device Error Message.
Step 1
Verify that the ticket number is displayed on the Minimate device within ServQuest to ensure that all tickets are completed in ServQuest.
Step 2
When the ticket is completed in ServQuest, Delete the database at the end of the day.
Instructions for Deleting the Database in MiniMate
- Open Minimate
- Click on Settings
3. Go to Bottom and find Delete DB
5. Click Yes
