Payment Processor- Unable to Add A Credit Card

Violation Error when trying to add a credit card to a profile that has same Credit Card number

Error:

When a customer has several Credit Card profiles, and there is a need to add a credit card, sometimes the error will show:

The error occurs when the system cannot differentiate between the credit card profiles, and it "blocks" the user from creating double profiles with same properties.

Solution:

1. Customer maintenance -> Settings ->Payment Processor Profile Setup

2. Change the field of a phone number - This field has no effect on credit card processing,

3. Save the profile and add the credit card details.
