Setting Up 2 New Fields to support Web & ServQuest Reconciliation

Desktop Control - How to set up support

For optimized visibility on CardPointe’s website, Prism utilizes two fields to represent Users and Methods. To turn on these fields, go to Administration -> User Fields. Activate User Field #0 and User Field #1 by checking the boxes to the left of the fields. 

  • Enter “User” into User Field #0 
  • Enter “Method” into User Field #1 
  • Select Customer Profile for the Type 

To view these fields in Reporting, go to Reporting -> Transactions. Then, go to Columns to search by “user” and check User Field #0 and User Field #1. User represents the ServQuest login username and Method represents the Method by which the transaction was made (Web, Desktop, etc.).
