Can't print any tickets and invoices or view my reports in ServQuest.
When you see this error...
This error means the reports viewer is already open, and it's not an issue. Please review the open windows on your workstation and maximize the reports viewer.
When you see this error...
This report error typically appears when running ServQuest on a new workstation or if you have not run ServQuest reports on the workstation yet.
Then you should...
A. Find the "reportclr" folder in the Prism Directory using windows file explorer
Prism Directory is the same directory that the ServQuest application is open from. Check with your IT team if you need help finding this folder on your server.
In sequence, Run the SQL first, then the Report
- SQLSysClrTypes.msi (RUN THIS FIRST)
- ReportViewer.msi (RUN THIS LAST)
Always Run "SQL" first
Remember to close and reopen the Prism Application before trying again
