ServQuest - Route Maintenance
Create new routes or Modify existing routes
1. Access the Route maintenance form in ServQuest:
Maintenance -> Set Up Routes/ Drivers -> Route Maintenance
2. Type in the desired route # and press on the magnifying glass
If the route exists, it will show it in the list. Choose the route you wanted and press OK to see the settings of the route.
If the route does not exist, press ADD to add a new route
3. Make sure to add a description to a new route
4. Fill in the fields accordingly:

| Status | always active by default |
| Area | optional |
| Create Date | This is the date that the route was first created, and is assigned automatically by ServQuest. |
| Route Status |
MANDATORY: always choose OPEN status |
| Commission | No longer used |
5. Press Save.
