ServQuest - Updating Sales Tax
Learn how to update customer's sales tax.
To change the Customer's Sales Tax, follow the steps below and refer to the screenshot provided.
1. Click Addresses Smart Search
2. Search for the customer that you want to update the sales tax and an Address Maintenance form will be open.
3. Under Address Maintenance form, go to the Sales Tax field and click the magnifying glass and choose the Tax Code that you want to use then click Save. Go back to the Customer Maintenance form and verify if it was updated.
