ServQuest - Adding a State

Using the Miscellaneous Maintenance form to add a State code

1. Access the "State" type Miscellaneous Maintenance form by clicking the State/Province hyperlink on the Customer Maintenance form, Address Maintenance form, or Schedule form. 

2. Scroll down to the bottom of your list of states, and add the new State code. Ensure the "Active" checkbox is checked.

3. Click Apply

Users will now be able to select and use the newly added State code.
