ServQuest - Group Pricing Customer Assignment

To assign a Price Group to a customer, navigate to the Customer Maintenance form in ServQuest 

Navigate to the Pricing tab in the Customer Maintenance form 

Assign a Price Group by clicking the magnifying glass next to the group field, selecting the desired Price Group, and clicking OK 

Assign up to 5 Price Groups to a particular customer  

*Note – Pricing will be determined based on sequence of Price Group assignment (i.e. Ind. Group first, Major Group second, and so on) 

When all Price Groups have been added for that customer, click Save to save the record
