ServQuest Basics- Tickets Smart Grid

Cannot find the tickets I need in the Grid

In order to locate the ticket, check the following:

1. Press 'Refresh' on top right side of the window to populate the data on the smart grid

2. Make sure the date range is correct - sometimes the delivery date is in the future/past, try to widen the date range and press 'Refresh' again

3. Check if any filters are applied

If Global search filter is applied, press on 'X' to clear the searchglobalsearch1

If the global search was not cleared, it won't show anything if we press REFRESH

If column filters are applied, press on 'X' to clean the filters, or press the button near refresh
