- To view your clients’ Product, Maintenance, or Payroll Tax Keys, or to download license files or software, please login as Business Partner and visit:
https://www.accountmateportal.com/download/ProductBuildDownloadAll.asp
Please check Keeper for the login credentials under “AccountMate BP”
- Click on the Support ID of the specific customer you want to update
- Before choosing a product key, we must first verify the AccountMate version on the customer’s live server (Note: Do not just rely on Keeper to be safe )
- Whenever you open one of the files, the AM version will be displayed at the top. Compare this with the AM version installed by the client and use the same version number.
- Open the AccountMate SQL Administrator application on the client’s server, then navigate to “Setup > Licensing > Input Maintenance Key”
- In the “Input Maintenance Key” form, enter the new maintenance key provided above and click “Ok”
- Finally, verify that the AccountMate license has been updated by the checking the new expiration date under “Help > About AccountMate”
