Solution on how to solve the Shipping address dropdown missing in Web Bill Pay.
1. Check the customer schedule using the smart search grid. Under the Del/Route Sell Calendar tab, locate the Web group. If the delivery box is not checked, check it to display the address in Web Pay Bill Shipping Address.
2.If the Web group grid has been checked and the error persists, proceed with checking the Web Customer Menu Grid under Smart Search.
- Check the username to ensure it matches the logged-in username.
- Double-click the grid to open the user's details and verify if the user is a sub-user or the main user.
- If the username belongs to a sub-user, kindly advise the client that the main user needs to log in to the website. They should then navigate to the sub-user settings to grant access for the specific sub username.
2.1. If the parent account no longer exists, you will need to delete both the main user and the sub-user. Afterward, recreate the web account as the main user.
